Diamond Drill Bit

A Diamond Drill Bit is made with diamonds embedded into the metal. These drill bits produced 1.5 GPa pressure and 1250 C. The real diamond powder is pressed onto the metal under this high pressure and temperature. It is a type of drilling tool which used for oil and gas, horizontal directional drilling. The Diamond Drill Bit requires cleaning or dressing before use and after each use with an aluminium oxide stone, thus revealing a fresh layer of diamonds each time.
